Ive been losing hair for 6 months (For Unknown Reasons), Im 19 years old, I've decided to do something, so I'm starting slow just in case it isnt male pattern baldness, cause my family has no history of male pattern baldness.

Regular Strength or Extra Strength Rogaine?

any other advice would be nice as well.

thanks

Start out w/ the 5% (extra strength). If you find it to be irritating to your scalp - you can always go to the 2%. Get the generic minoxidil from either Target, Wal-Mart or Walgreens (best prices). Save yourself the money and don't get the Rogaine brand - but any generic 5% minoxidil.
