replacement for propecia

hi
i use proscar 1.25 mg every day since 2 month ago.
but i heard some bad news about its side effect.
i heard that it has sexual side effect and also in loose skin which make the skin (special in face) older.
plz tell me if this side effect is true and also if there is another side effect
and also i want to know is there any other drug that can do the work of propecia or proscar .
for example i heard that procerin is DHT inhabitor and has better result than propecia.
plz guide me

I think you should do more homework. While "most" people won't have long term side effects, "some" people will. And everybody seemingly has some minor temporary issues.
