“RepliCel’s licensee, YOFOTO (China) Health, is building momentum in China with a brand new facility and team. Construction has commenced of a 4,700 sq metre facility to house manufacturing, labs, and storage. Completion is expected this summer.”

YOFOTO is not involved in any capacity with RCH-01. So, no.

It's not for RCH-01 (hair). It's for RCS-01 : Sun-damaged and Aging Skin
