I posted a few weeks ago about my dilemma on starting Propecia. Well I've decided to take the plunge later this month. However reading more about it has raised a few concerns again. Not about the regular 'side effects' though, but more about the failure rate as well. I've read about the many guys who shed a lot during their initial phase but never gained their losses back. What are your opinions on the type of shed I might experience? I'm heading home for a visit in December and dont want to end up at home with all my family and friends in a shed phase (any worse than present). I also remember reading about a test that determines the level of response you might experience with finasteride/Propecia somewhere but can't recall it's name. Anyone familiar with it? I have a scheduled doctor's visit in a few days regarding my propecia medication and thought I might bring this up with her.
