Yeah my hairline seems to benefit from my current treatment. I don't use RU or dutasteride yet but I will try them for sure. I would post on HLH.com again but I can't seem to login to my account.

isrealite, if you every get a hair transplant, who would be your doctor of choice? I am surprised you have not tried PRP yet. I was going to do it for the third time but honestly I don't think it does too much. Right now I am doing good on just Proxiphen, the laser cap, and Propecia. Just like you because of my BDD, I tried everything to save my NW1 but I unfortunately failed. I quit minoxidil but I was able to stay about the same without it. So I know at least one of the three things I use is working enough for me to at least slow things down. I am so glad my treatment is so streamlined now. I used to be on a zillion topicals like you but it got annoying so I streamlined to just Proxiphen as my only topical.

From what I read on the website I guess the KB solution is supposed to be added to the RU58841 solution to make it stronger. Doesn't say if you can use it alone.

PRP is when you take blood from your body and mix it with a growth factor and inject it into your scalp to regrow hair and slow done balding. Never answered my question. Who would be your hair transplant doctor of choice?

Dr. Feriduni , Dr. Hasson and dr rahal are the best in my eyes

Dr Rahal is my choice. His hairlines are always so thick and look so natural.

Do you have any problem shaving your head for an FUE? I do. That is keeping me from getting one. I might have to go to True and Dorin because they will do a strip FUE. If I can get Rahal to do this I would schedule immediately.

is CB the most costly part of your regime? i have asc, equol, and bim on the way from smitty. just spent about 800 on those three hair loss product which should last me a little over a yr depending how much i need. the nice thing is that the bim itself would have cost about 17 thousand dollars if id bought it in the form of the latisse brand! id be willing to go as high as 2k a yr on hair treatments. but at that point as you say the FUE starts becoming a very cost saving option long term, as long as you can maintain the rest of your hair. especially if you only have the Norwood 2-3 range baldness to fix with the transplant. should be cheaper than the guys who have to fix Norwood 3-4 hair lines. i have strongly though about hair transplant myself. man its a ****ed up think caring so much about hair! but i would never be one of those guys who just shaves it all off and forgets it. i made the choice to keep hair and im sticking the course. just see it as a way of life, and take pride in it lol

its very tempting to add dutasteride, but i still worry the side from a powerful agent like dutasteride, but ill see what i can get from a high dose of equol (50-100mg) as i believe that is safer even at higher dose. i did think to do just low dose dutasteride, since it has such a long half life and a flat dose response. should get a result even from 0.5 mg a wk

2020, my man, did you inject your TB yet??? are you going to keep with it?
