Revitalash Hair Conditioner, Prostaglandin Analogue

I've been using Revitalash hair conditioner along with Spectral DNC in the hope that the minoxidil will grow thin velous hair and the prostaglandin analogues in the Revitalsh will thicken and darken them but when I search for prostaglandin analogues I only find bimatoprost, latanoprost and travoprost , the only return on Trifluoromethyl Dechloro Ethylprostenolamide as a prostaglandin is with reference to Revitalash itself, can anyone confirm that this active ingredient is infact a prostaglandin analogue please ?
