Did you try apple cider vinegar(diluted)? Or olive oil over night? Maybe add a few drops of tea tree oil. Nizoral 2% left on for 10 minutes once or twice a week

less than 20 bugs and it will burn as hell in the beginning but after a few days your itch will be gone

Apple Cider vinegar. Dilute with water. Full strength won't hurt but dilute to around 30%.
Peppermint oil would work as well but dilute with olive oil or something or you will feel like your scalp is on fire
