Revivogen: Apply to only dry hair?

To all the Revivogen Users:

I just bought some of this stuff and it says to apply to dry hair. I wonder if it matters if you apply it while your hair is wet (easier to part the hair, etc)? I would not think that Revivogen is water soluble. :roll:

It is fine to apply it to slightly damp hair. I heard somewhere that it is better to apply to damp hair (Recommended by the Revivogen people). I'm not 100% about that, but pretty sure.

Revivogen: Apply only to dry hair?

Is there an easier way to apply the Revivogen than using the dropper that comes with the package? The problem is, when I apply the Revivogen, it is very difficult to rub in the frontal area--it runs down my scalp and hair, and then onto the forehead very quickly. I feel like I am wasting alot of the product during the application process. Any recommendations?

(spironolactone 5% was much easier to apply (lotion), as I could just part my hair and apply to the scalp).
