My shampooing routine is-
MON-Revivogen Shampoo to wash out Toppik/nizoral 1%(left in for about 7 min)
TUES-Revivogen shampoo on the crown to remove Toppik before using Rogaine Foam
WEDS-Revivogen shampoo/nizoral
THURS-Revivogen shampoo on the crown to remove Toppik before using Rogaine Foam
FRI-Revivogen shampoo/nizoral
SAT/SUN-Revivogen shampoo on crown to remove Toppik before applying rogaine
On days when I use nizoral, I usually use a conditioner after nizoral, but am starting to use Jasons thin to thick, as Ive heard it is a good idea to use a conditioner after nizoral.
What do you think about this routine? I kind of feel like it might be too much unneccessary work, but i want to stick with it until I know whether itll work or not.
