Revivogen, reduce beard hairs? or body hair?

Hi, I just read that reviviogen will reduced beard/body hair and promote hair on the scalp, is this true?

Also how many times should I use the revivgen shampoo and conditioner on my scalp? and the small bottle solution thing? Sorry new to all this!

The scalp therapy is applied once a day, usually evenings and left on overnight. Shouldn't think it would do anything to reduce body/beard hair - maybe if applied in those areas specifically? You don't need to use the shampoo/conditioner but apparently they do make your hair look fuller.
