Revivogen Shampoo non-scalp use

Does anyone know if it’s ok to use Revivogen shampoo to wash your face or other parts of your body besides your scalp?

I am asking because:

1) It would be more convenient to just use one soap for everything as long as there are no unwanted side-effects, such as growing hair on your body.

2) Am wondering if, besides being convenient, it might also help prevent acne as it has anti-androgen properties.

I guess my real concern is whether it will grow hair on my face or body. I tried calling the company that makes it, but the people I talked to seemed more oriented toward taking orders rather than being able to confirm whether or not it would be ok.

it would be suppressive of body hair

head hair and body hair have different responses to androgens-----head hair doesn't like male hormone but body hair needs male hormone

it would also be helpful for acne because it would lower the amount of sebum made

I think we cannot be sure if it is going to supress hair or make them grow stronger and thicker, since besides its antiandrogen effects has also growth factors in it.

By the way michael barry i want to tell you how much I appreciate your work. I always wait for a new post by you, and its great because you explain the science behind anything new. Thanks a LOT, please keep posting all this useful information!

Thanks to both of you for your answers. Maybe I'll do a test on my forearm for a month or so and if it does not seem to increase hair growth there, I'll try it elsewhere on my body.
