Really shocked to hear this news. I was a massive fan of his. Greatest TV series ever made IMO, and a truly, genuinely talented man

Also an inspiration to baldies - he never let his lack of hair set him back.

Only 51 years old! RIP James :(

Could you knock off the pathetic act for once? Man, have some respect. That's sad to hear, he had a lot more work ahead of him.

wow living corpse, way to deliberately misinterpret what was a pretty positive post.

rest in peace. very sad news (though i won't pretend not to have chuckled when someone asked 'did he definitely die? or did they leave it open to interpretation?')

Haha, I'd like to think that's a joke he would have enjoyed.

Your post said it all - "greatest bald man"

They're not even real men. They are their own demented species, destined to die young and ugly.

This disease won't stop until it consumes us all!

he didn't die because he was bald, he died because he was fat.

He had to maintain the weight because the role called for it. That's dedicated method acting

He was so brilliant and talented, who cares if he's bald or not?

I recently showed a clip of The Sopranos (Tony and Carmela break up) to my teenage students. These kids are a really tough crowd to please and they had never heard of the series before but they loved the scene. A lively discussion ensued and I was proud. More than a decade later, the magic of The Sopranos still works!
