Is there a diference between the two.surely the womens one must have something else added to cause less side effects since women cant handle as much minoxidil as a man.
There's no such thing as 5% for women. Women's rogaine is 2% and is no different than the 2% for men. Due to possible the side effect of increased body hair, 5% is not recommended for female use.
OK, that is not available in the United States. If it is, it may be new. Since the women's 2% is identical to the men's 2%, I can't imagine that the 5% for women is any different than the 5% for men other than the pretty colored purple box.
