I think you can look for something like "rogaine + hair transplant" so that you find a thread about those two things, and you should find your answer. Maybe swap the word rogaine for minoxidil or minoxidil, which is the active ingredient of rogaine.
I don't have the answer, but I understand your frustration of asking and not getting a reply. The only thing I would be concerned about is, when you first use rogaine, there is a chance of losing a lot of hair at first, because you are jolting your hair into the growth phase. This is the only concern I can think of. But others will definitely know what to do, and how soon after hte hair transplant procedure to apply minoxidil. I do believe that once your hair does start growing, EVENTUALLY you should use minoxidil to keep them growing strong.
