Rogaine and hair discoloration

HI!
I just switched to Rogaine 5% a few weeks ago. I was just wondering what the side effects were that many of you may have experienced with 5%. On thing I noticed is flaking, and hair discoloration. My hair is GRAY! (Really it's brownish reddish) Is this normal? I were a hairpiece so it really doesn't matter, but I was wondering why this happens, and if it's normal!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Msgluv,

Do you get this grey discoloration even after you wash out the Rogaine? I get this when the Rogaine has coated my hair accidentally. It shouldn't be a problem, and it should come out when you wash it.

Thanks for responding! It comes out when I wash it. But I guess I am getting it on my hair too much. I thought I was parting it good, but it still gets all over the place! This sucks!!!
