Rogaine foam ... on a plane

I smuggled it in on my carry on. Twice. They didn't say anything but rules change from airport to airport.

If you are so concerned place it on the baggage you check in. Then it will pass for sure.

All you have to do is put it in a zip lock back along with any other liquid under 3 oz and then u gotta send it through the x ray machine with the rest of things in your pocket. I did it on several plane rides and it was fine.

Seeves is correct - no need to "smuggle" it on. I travel with it all the time.

Um, just buy some where you get to where you need to be!

This is like being sad because you couldn't bring grapefruit. Good thing is, there's like 50 supermarkets carrying grapefruit wherever you land!

It's not THAT easy to find in stores. I flew down to LA and had the security lady pitch my can b/c it wasn't in a clear plastic bag. I went to a bunch of drug stores down here and couldn't find it...and when I did, it was $25 a can...wtf. A year's supply is only $136 or so

I took a bunch of knives on a plane. They just made me check them into the cargo service.

I also took gold fish on a plane. That was breaking the rules. Their container leaked inside the X-Ray machine. I appologised profusely for not sealing my water container. They lifted it out of my backpack, but not far enough to see the fish. They gave me a thurough pat down and search after that, though.

Why is the foam an issue? Is there a rule against aerosol cans or something? What about the liquid? These rules only apply to carry-on luggage, right?

Thats what I do, and I never had any problems.
