Rogaine foam,, side effect..

I have actually used foam for 2 weeks, and having side effect

1. rapid heart beat (only for 30min~1 hr after applying foam)

2. faintness (the main reason why I quitted proscar(1/4), had serious problem with brain fog, and it was gone after stop dosing it, but comes again with rogaine foam - not bad as when i was on proscar tho..)

anyone having same sides as me?

will it be gone?

Rapid heartbeat and faintness are both side effects of minoxidil. You should lower your intake. If you're already taking the prescribed amount, you should probably stop taking it. If the effects still persist, go see a doctor.

These are also the side effects of anxiety and panic disorder. I've never heard of Proscar causing faintness or "brain Fog". All the side effects you listed can be from some sort of anxiety disorder.

I heard with Minoxidil, people without hypertension/high blood pressure, don't even respond to dosages under 10mg orally. Your not getting 10 mg. of rogaine in your system topically. You would have to use 5 times the recommended dose to get the side effects. I'm sure some do and they get that side, but for most people it's extremely rare.
