Keep, Cut Shorter (no Guard) Or Grow Out?

I assume you started treatments, yes?

It's kinda hard to answer without seeing your whole face but I respect your privacy. If I were you I would keep it like that, but you should try cutting it shorter if you've never done before. And I'm sorry to say, but I think you're definitely beyond the point where you can grow your hair and it looking better.

Try no guarding it, and also growing out some facial stubble if you're able

Yup, I have been on treatments for years. They definately helped a lot (or hair loss is progressing slow). I had to give up on finasteride because of serious side effects though.

But yeah, I guess growing my hair is not an option anymore. Not until new treatments and hair transplant at least.
