Rogaine on Hairline

Is it safe to use Rogaine on the hairline. Does it have potential to eat away the hairline in some people? I heard some stories that minoxidil can hurt the hairline when used there. I am wondering if anyone is actually gaining a thick hairline from it. Upjohn even says not to use it at the hairline.

Anyone with positive posts of minoxidil on hairline would be great.

it works on a hairline if started early enough.
They dont say it cuz it only was tested on vertex

i used rogaine early.. didn't do sh*t to maintain it after time. the more time that went by the worse it got. actually i was good on my crown too..but i decided to use it on my hairline and crown because it started to thin a little. now both are bad and the funny thing is i'm a lot thinner in the areas i only applied minoxidil. everywhere else where i didn't apply it is fine

How long were you on min? Are you still using it? I've read other posts similar to yours with people saying that they have had adverse effects from the stuff.
