Rogaine works in 20 percent of men?!

"According to the Mayo Clinic’s Women’s Health Report (May 1998), minoxidil is successful for 44% to 63% of women who try it. It is actually far less effective for men, working in only about 20% of men who use it. Dermatologist Arthur P. Bertolino, M.D., Ph.D., director of the hair consultation unit at New York University, in an article published in the December 1991 FDA Consumer magazine, said that minoxidil “. . . approximately 90 percent of the time at least slows down hair loss.â€￾

The last line kind of suggests it works in most men in slowing down the loss, but only in 20 percent at regrowth per the third line above.

I would agree. Of course, I am not 20%, I am one person, but I think people have very high and often unlikely expectations of this liquid.
