RU Drying

Does RU in the PG and ethanol vehicle dry quickly? Can you actually style your hair afterwards or does it look greasy like liquid minoxidil?

I found it takes 2-4 hours to dry. Not really good for styling...just greasy

70% Alc 30% PG

I put it on at night.
