Treatment by its definition needs to be used consistently to do away with symptoms and/or keep the results. Thus, any treatment, including RU, is a treatment, not cure, and needs to be used all along to keep the benefits. Only exception is that you may interchange meds that will work in same mechanism. For example, RU and Flutamide topicals can be interchanged/swapped because they both work in same mechanism, that is, they are anti-androgens. Therefore, RU treatment is dependable.
