Hello, I was wondering which would be the best carrier option. I read that RU dissolves good in Kirkland Minoxidil but even better(easier) into Alfatradiol(Pantostin). Although, Alfatradiol seems to bind into ERα with higher affinity than ERβ(but not even close to the affinity and potency of 17b-estradiol):
Alfatradiol binds to the ERα and ERβ with 58% and 11% of the relative binding affinity of 17β-estradiol.[14] However, it has 100-fold lower estrogenic activity relative to estradiol,[15] which may in part be due to differences in the intrinsic activity of the two compounds.[citation needed] On the other hand, alfatradiol has been found to bind to and activate the brain-expressed ER-X with a greater potency than estradiol, indicating that it may be the predominant endogenous ligand for the receptor.[16]
,and based on this thread(first page)->https://www.hairlosstalk.com/intera...trogen-promote-and-hinder-hair-growth.113077/ ,we don't want to a higher affinity for the ERα because we can induce the catagen phase. Furthermore,17a-estradiol might contribute to the conversion of testosterone and androstenedion to estrogen ->https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12190948/ and I read that it might have as well some anti-androgenic effects.I know that Alfatradiol it's something weak(though, it is something new to add in a regime), but the main reason that I am asking if it will do more harm than good, based on these facts(the induce catagen from ERα). If you could give helpful advice, it would be very appreciated. Thank you very much.

*Many also suggest mixing it into Stemoxydine.
