Rubbing Dht Cream On Your Dick To Prevent Fibrosis

So, since it's been recently confirmed that finasteride causes penile fibrosis:

I was wondering if rubbing DHT cream on your dick will do something. Do you think so? Has anyone tried this? Penile enhancement tards have been doing the whole DHT cream dick thing for a while.

The only issue with this study is that there is a selection bias if they're strictly selecting people who are reporting ED, I would have liked to see them assess people with no reported side effects that used it for at least a year to see if they also had fibrosis or not.

I don't know if rubbing it on your dick will give you a localized effect but do know it helps enhance the area for transgender men. The penile area is a very vascular area and would guess applying it there would just cause it to go systemic which would lower the efficacy of Finasteride.

Its been long speculated as to why men have spontaneous erections. Ultimately its believed that one of the reasons is to regulate the tissue in the penis (perhaps to prevent atrophy) and prevent fibrosis. There have been studies done where they have used DHT on older men to see if it would help with erections and it didn't do much.. ultimately they found testosterone helped a little more.

If you want to make it easier for your body to have spontaneous erections and prevent fibrosis you could utilise a PDE5 inhibitor. Since starting finasteride thats what i've been doing. 5mg of tadalafil (cialis) daily.
