Have come across this video on You Tube from a guy who claims that rubbing finger nails will stop hairloss and even grow hair back.
Now before you start ridiculing this as a scam, i have yet to find a valid reason if it is. Apparently rubbing nails together stimulates the nerve endings beneath the nails which is linked to the scalp. The thing is it appears to be an ancient practice in Yoga and if u Google it, there are many who claim this will help.
I personally dont believe something so simple will work but I am willing to give it a go as :
- Its totally free
- Easy to do
- No side affects
I would love if other people here could try also and come back with any results.
I wont give up my usual meds like finasteride but will start rubbing nails as an addition. If it makes at least 1% difference to the condition of my hair then i wont be complaining.
