I have been doing a lot of research lately into RUM, because I missed out on the group order, but I have had bad experiences buying from the Chinese in the past, but recently I found a chemical trading company in the US who has it in their catalogue their called raxus chem trade, I just placed an order from them, I think they would be your best bet, until there's another group order on this site. EDIT: it looks like Antman posted before me, sorry
