When someone here on this forum tell about Finasteride and it's sexual side effects,many Super Geniuses here throws away their googling career talents with a report of 2.75 percent sexual side effects and all that.
But ..

Many many people have reported and have feared sexual side effects of Finasteride.
Still some are adamant to believe this report uploaded on FDA/web.

According to protocol of clinical Approval of drugs..
Their is phase 4 which deals with post Marketing Surveillance.
Which reports side effects and
the New introduced drugs and it may prompt FDA to called off a specific Culprit Drug forever based on side effects like hepato toxicity/others side effects.

The FDA have cancelled too many drugs,few were remove out of market within months of approval.

If anyone has phase 4 reports of Finasteride...I will be so pleased to see if that the Finasteride sides are same as 2.5%.

I am one of those Super Geniuses thank you, I normally say the best guess we can come up with is 2-5%, there's simply been no unbiased research on either end, but I'd say 1 in 20 is more likely than those ridiculous reports of like 90% having ED and 30% being permanent because the pool of participants was a finasteride complaint forum.

There appears to be a high correlation of people on this forum who've had bad sides on finasteride, if I had to guess roughly out of fairly regular members, about a quarter of guys or even half who have been on finasteride (it's really difficult to guess on this obviously). But this is kind of irrelevant, because of the guys who have decent success on finasteride, being the minority who actually respond well and grow to NW2+, or the ones who maintain their hair after a year and are somewhat happy just not going any further bald, we will never hear from 90% of these guys again. I'd probably be the same if mine grew to thick NW2, or if I got a successful hair transplant that was still convincing and without issue a year later.

So even if we were to run an "un-biased" survey of guys on here (which I actually thought about doing once), it still wouldn't be fair as the majority of us are either struggling while on finasteride or have been through finasteride and need something else. The success stories are gone and won't look back.

I believe dose reduction should be tested like 0.75 mg..
Or

O.5 mg BD(twice a day) regimen should be tested...
Anything..
But Finasteride sides should be promptly addressed I really think from heart.

A "super genius" is someone who puts more value in what some random dude says on the Internet rather than researching studies for himself. Anyone can do a study on Finasteride and it's been out for a while now, there is a ton of research.

I don't know why people fear Finasteride so much. There are much more common drugs with more severe side effects and if you ever took medication for something other than a headache (even then people have died or felt really sick) it already had some nasty side effects on a minority of people.

Even peanut butter can kill people. Should we ban it from stores?

The body of every Man needs DHT-levels about 550,
if someone make it lower with Fina, then start the sexual side effects.

That happens only when the DHT is normal in these Men (is not high in the start of the therapy with Fina).
That means DHT is not responsible for the Hairloss.

And for Hairloss is responsible the high Estrogen (Oestrone or Estradiol).
So these Men should take anti-Estrogen and also PGD2BLOCKERS
and PGE2AGONISTS,
and NOT ANTI-ANDROGENS (Fina).

Also there is a rule that says:
Dry Hair hat high DHT.
and
Oily Hair hat high Oestrone.

I tried Finasteride. Lowered the sperm count and did nothing to my hair.

I guess it has to do with your body type. Every person has different results. The basic thing is that you body should be balanced in every aspects before taking any supplements.

Lowered sperm count is to me one of most scary side effects. I just can't help but think how unhealthy it must be to my body to do that.

v**** won't bring you back the severely decreased penile sensation and retarded orgasms.

The inability to orgasm or have sex is far worse than being bald.

Also read up on hypogonadism. Finasteride can shrink your dick and balls.

It's the best thing we got until a cure comes but it comes with a risky trade off.

I envy the guys who don't get sides or claim they don't get sides.

Well bobster, that post of mine is quite outdated.

I discontinued propecia due to sides getting far worse at the 10 month mark.

Now taking RU.
