S5 Cream ( spironolactone )

I'm planing to buy S5 Cream but I've read on this forum that it may get the things worst. Personally I don't understand how it could make someone hair worst. It may not work but I don't think spironolactone could make someone's hair worst unless you are allergic to it.
Does anyone of you use it and what are the results? Sometimes results may be hard to see since this is Antiandrogen. Would you recommend it?
There are a couple of topic about spironolactone but they are all inconclusive.
Let's make thing straight.

It won't make things work, as far as I know and read, it doesn't even cause shedding.

I think it helps, but I wouldn't use it alone if I could help it.

No, Im not going to use it alone. I'm planing to add it to my regime. I have read that it does help but it may be hard to see and evaluate.
anyone else have any experiences with spironolactone or opinion about it?
