but i don't want to jump to the conclusion of a hair transplant
you never know he might of just used the big 3

Bruno character - Wig

Sacha - I'm thinking a hair transplant. He was really thin a few years back. Take a look at side shots from Taladega Nights

His hair was also slicked back and wet styled in that movie.

Unclear if he got anything done ,but certainly possible. He does look very thick now, I'm guessing treatments.
