I just wanted to put that out there. I recently cut my hair very short and noticed more shedding than I did when it was long. I figured it might have been some kind of friction with my pillowcase and got a satin one; now no sheds.
Therefore I just wanted to put it out there for the benefit of others that the old sleeping on a satin pillowcase is better for your hair adage seems to be true. Take care.
