saw palmetto - How many capsules?

Hello Guys!

Does anybody have experiences with taking Saw Palmetto capsules? I get Puritan`s Pride Saw Palmetto 450mg at Friday. How many capsules do I need to take. On the box is written sth. like this: "For adult men, take 1 capsule three to five times daily (3x450mg) . Isn`t this a little bit too much? Because I read that you are taking 320mg daily or I just didn`t understand your posts.

I depends how much active SP is in it. The berry and the extract are two different potencies.

320mg is a BPH dosage, there is no set hair dosage. Experiment with it is the best you can do as nothing is proven.

Does anybody have stories of the treatment working?

I have the 320 mg extract ready to go but am a bit reluctant to start it.

All of propecias side affects and bad breath and stomach upsets to boot.
