saw palmetto into generic minoxidil

hi all,
i still have a few pill of 320MG saw palmetto wich i got from purtian
do you think it's good idea to add 2 or 3 pills (liquid pills) to the mixture?

it's wont cancel the effect of the minoxidil right? it's will do any good?

Saw Palmetto hasn't been shown to have any benefit in the treatment of male pattern baldness. Best case, nothing will happen if you add it to your minoxidil. Worst case, it will goop it up and make it stinky. Either way, it won't help your condition.

Why not take the saw palmetto orally while using minoxidil topically? I think saw palmetto can make a difference, but not on it's own. Everyone says it's never been proven as a hairloss treatment, but it I think it has been proven to block DHT which is the cause of hairloss. I think it's just a mild inhibitor, which is why it won't work on it's own. Even if it is useless, it can't hurt to try. It's so cheap.
