Saw Palmetto on DHT......guys

Anybody here know if saw palmetto (consumed) actually reduces DHT levels in your body, or if it's just some scam conjured up by some guy on disability scheming in his tool shed trying to make some coin....

Anybody have any experience with the stuff? Anybody knowledgeable about saw palmetto...
