Saw Palmetto sides (I know SP is stupid)

Hey all,

A while back when I didn't know any better I took saw palmetto consistently for about 1 and a half months. In addition to not doing anything (i've since read that it's useless) I seemed to have been suffering from side effects (lower energy, decreased libido, etc). I have been off SP for about 3 months and I still seem to be having slight sides: how long will it take for the SP to leave my system and for the side effects to subside?

Thanks.

Dude.

You need to chill out a bit.

It is highly unlikely that saw palmetto is the cause of these side effects. And it is lonnnnng out of your system after 3 months.

Lol, I don't think i sounded particularly frantic in my post ;) And i'm not too concerned about it or anything so I don't think its an anxiety induced psycho-somatic condition or anything; something must account for it. Maybe its something else I am still taking... like Evening Primrose Oil (for circulation), MSM (unlikely) or Green tea extract (unlikely) ? I am young and exercise everyday so it doesn't make sense. Thanks.

many factors such as stress and diet can affect your energy levels and sexual desire, have anything changed recently for you that may have caused stress?

because I remember you posting this:

seem a little over-concerned with side effects ... don't be.
