Is saw palmetto worth taking in capsule form for someone who isnt using an internal DHT blocker?? ive heard it is only usefull topically is this true? Has anyone had results using it orally?

Did nothing for me after taking for a few months..its a very weak anti androgen.

its noth that weak, i was using about 3000 mg for one time orally, and had to bring it down because my nipples were swelling and tender.

so similar to propecia.. and yeah im getting good regrowth i believe
