Hi it’s been now two months since my transplant and yesterday when washing my hair I noticed scabs/crown in my crown area and when I tried to wash them out they wouldn’t easily come out and so I had to put pressure on removing the crust/scab but connected to it where hairs/grafts could this have messed up my grafts from growing in or back in ??
I’ve attached a photo of how of some of them looked. I wash my hair ever other day and thought I was washing my head well but maybe I wasn’t

The scabs you are noticing maybe pieces of the previous hair extensions. I recommend following the post-operative care instructions for two months after your procedure. This can include limiting activities like rinsing your head with shampoo. Other than that, keeping your hair clean and dry will keep it from knotting and potentially causing damage. I'm saying this from my experience with hair transplants. If you were to experience a significant problem, such as the grafts falling out completely, then I would suggest that you contact hair loss specialists; they will be able to advise further.
