Scalp bacteria that causes all of my hair to fall

I spent 2 weeks without washing my hair and wearing a durag. I visited a specialist and they say it could be a bacteria most likely that's making virtually all of my hair fall. I literally had to cut it ALL.

So my question is, what in the world can I use? Ketoconazole shampoo did nothing. Keto cream I don't see results either. Trying also oxide zinc and boric acid ( accessible components to me), but idk if smth is happening, I am also leaving baking soda on my scalp when shampooing since I read it could do smth. Do I need pills or what? Oh my God lmao.

The problem is the sebum inside the pilosebaceous unit, it is important remove this hardened sebum trought massage and pure jojoba oil
Keto can worsened the situatio because stop the sebaceous gland, in order to give a fresh sebumto help in this drag, and do not worry if the number of hairs removed increases, because in any case they will be hairs that must fall out to allow a new one to reappear with a new hair cycle.

Do you have psoriasis?
No. I had to nearly shave my head. About 600 hairs per day has been falling for the past 2 weeks lmao. It's wild...

I am concerned regarding what @Armando Jose said... if it's something inside the hair follicles then how in this world can I fight such an infamous cause??? Do I need oral medication? I will try to go get medical advice but I don't wanna cope...

Why the f*** you wearing a bandanna for weeks with washing your hair you filthy f*****g hippy? Are you at Coachella or something? . Go to a dermatologist and get a script my bro
My hair is too much work. I couldn't wash it more than once per week. In the past it took me a process of 3 days to fix my hair after a washing to get it look good. So between timing and stuff it can very well go to two weeks. I wear virtually 0 product and keep scalp clean but I was careless this time...

Well, accutane stops sebum production. I remember MPMD said that you can “blast it” at a high dosage for a short period of time and it can permanently stop sebum production after cessation of the drug. Don’t know if it would fix your problem but just throwing it out there.

My issue isn't sebum tbf

How do you know? I mentioned it because I have heard that sebum can become a breeding ground for bacteria, which is also how acne forms.
Fair enough. Wether specific sebum levels might either help remove or rather breed bacteria is smth I don't know. I will Google later... but my issue wasn't sebum itself I "believe".

Accutane. I remember when I would use it. Need to get back on it once I recover my hair. Glowy young skin. This time will do only 20mg not 80 or 100 per day:oops:

Jojoba oil can make it, more if certains essential oils are combined.
