Scalp detox, what do you think about?

Hi there, I am suffering from extreme hairfall from the roots 2 months. I want urgent remedy or any medicine which should work effectively and show me results within a week. It's really urgent. How do I solve it out?
Too many methods were used, and many different shampoos were bought, and it's without any result. My friend advised me detox product to try, smth like Old Style Aloe Rid Shampoo or Ultra Clean or Nexxus, but need to be sure it helps
