Hi,
So I’ve started to use propecia 1mg ED to stop my hairloss, it’s been two months and my hair is probably worse than it has been before I started.
I’m hoping this is a temporary shed and that my hair will grow back thicker.
I’m a diffuse thinner. I’ve also been on minoxidil for about 10 months with no succes but I’m sticking with it.
My problem is that I experience occasionally scalp pain, not an itch. More like tingling sensation. I used to have it before propecia and I’m experiecing it even when I’m using propecia.
My question is does that mean that propecia is not working for me?
My scalp looks healthy, no flaking, no redness, just this burning pain sensation.
I know propecia is lowering DHT because I’m experiencing some side effects
Thanks.
