I started using Rogaine foam in april. About the same time, I started shaving my head.
At first, I didn't have any problems at all. About 3 weeks ago though, I got a bad case of scalp pimples out of the blue. Last week was at its worst for the top of the head, but this week, my vertex has been filled with them. It's not a fun sight. I think I'm also having my first shed as well.
I read on another site that it could be new hair trying to grow. It's possible, considering my vertex is where I have the least hair, so the most potential for growth. The worst part here is I'm leaving for Europe for 5 months in a country where I don't speak the language, so I have no idea what to do in terms of doctors.
Anyone else experience this? What should I do? How long should I keep shaving/using Rogaine for?
