Scars From Micro-needling - How Likely Is It?

Can we get scars on the skalp from 1,5 microneedling?
This is why I hesistate to try it.
Because I`m afraid, that it lead to scars,
which could make a hair-transplant impossible.

No, 1.5mm doesn't cause scarring. At most it'll cause a few red spots that heal within a day or two.
