Seborrheic Dermatitis/ Hair loss/ help me plz

hello all i noticed my hair started falling iout bad in may 2010 and its been falling out every since my question is,is this perm?! or will it grow back? i dont blow dry straighten my hair every day i only dry my hair if needed i usually let it dry on it own. i do straighen my hair but again only if im going out other then that i let my hair dry naturally. and leave it be. i went to my demtoligist he just said alot of woman come in here complaining of hair loss its nothing to worry about. ive not noticed any patches of hair loss but when i wear my hair up i can see my scalp its most on both sides of my hair it looks as if hair is missin or its just really thin? i was wonder what is a shampoo an conditoner i could buy at a salon or maybe sallys beauty supply that could help regrow hair an make my hair fuller an thicker. i having dyed my hair an im scared to with this hair loss so my hair is pretty ugly looking its like 5 different colors. do any of yall know of a hair loss specialist? well any advice is good advice. thanks.

I have both SD and female pattern hairloss. Initially, my derm mentioned that the loss of hair could be due to SD and once the SD is cleared up, hair will start to grow back. To cure SD, use stieprox shampoo for 2-3 days & sparingly apply Elomet onto affected areas until SD clears, then resume normal shampoo.
