Seborrhoic eczema After hair transplant

Damn, since my hair grew back a little, my seb. Eczema is coming back.
when would you say is it Safe to use piroctone olamine Mixed with alcohol after a hair transplant? That works best for my eczema.

You should probably contact your hair transplant doctor and ask this question, anything with alcohol on new grafts sounds dangerous.
