Seeking a temp-remedy in a hurry (volumizing product) - Suggestions please!

Hi everyone - first and foremost, I am SO HAPPY to be here (been meaning to join for years, and something finally put a fire under my butt to make me register)!

  • I have a pretty important audition coming up, and much of it revolves around my head-shots and overall look on camera. I have done modeling/photo-shoots in the past, but my last project was OVER five years ago, and I have experience some slight, but noticeable, shedding since then.
    • I am seeking a solution for my hair that only has to be a temporary superficial fix to last for about a day while I am at an audition TO ADD VOLUME and reduce the visual appearance of thinning. I have blond hair, under 2 inches long, so I know it will be a very hard remedy to find (since Toppik products are for darker hair)

I plan on being very active and sharing my success stories in the near future (I've been through so many products and I've even "formulated" my own based on emerging research over the years) but most of all I'm excited to learn from everyone here.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP/IDEAS; I'll have to make the order immediately to ensure it is here in time :)

I'm sure nanogen nanofibres do blond. Fibres are the best for a temp remedy on the crown, although they won't work on receded temples.

there's also dermatch and products like it but I've never used them

Ahhhh, a chance to take a moddeling gig away from some smug NW1 and give it someone on this site? sign me up!!!
Dermatch instantly made my hair look a lot thicker and fuller while remaining somehow undetectable . Thus far, its looked extremely natural and no one has even eyed it as anythign different. From what I gather, the reason a lot of people dont use it is because of the long time it takes to put in and dry, but for your situation, thats not an issue. Try it out, start small and practice a bit before your audition. Its a low risk investment, hopefully the colour is ok.

Best of luck!

THANKS so much! Looks like Dermatch has come up in each of the two replies so far, I really appreciate it.

Hey, thanks for the help! What's a smug nw1? I really appreciate your help, I'm so happy to have found this forum, and I already found out about a product I didn't know about. I'll take a close look into Dematch and Nanogen NanoFibers - hopefully they sell them on Amazon, take care!
