I haven't had any sexual side effects for the month and a half I've been on finasteride, and in fact my libido was heightened the first few weeks (I also got acne those weeks so I'm happy that my hormone levels have stabilized). Some finasteride users don't encounter sexual side effects for years tho,. somethin to keep in mind.
