Sexual enhancers that REALLY work

When I turned 30, I started experimenting with all sorts of sexual enhancers and I was surprised to find out that many of them really do work.

Im not saying that taking drugs just to improve your sexual performance is a good thing. It's not, there may be side effects and you should always consult your doctor (urologist) first.

BUT if you really want to use a sexual enhancer, you might as well try something that works.

Here's my list (they're all approved ED meds):

1. PDE-5 inhibitors (v****, Cialis, Levitra, Helleva)

Everyone knows about these, they're very effective but they do have several limitations: they only work peripherally, they do not improve libido and side effects may be quite serious.

2. Phentolamine (Vigamed, Vasoviril, Vasomax)

This one blocks sympathetic action in the penis, thus improving blood flow and erections. It was manufactured by a giant pharma in Brazil called Cimed Pharmaceuticals but it seems to have been discontinued. :(

3. Apomorphine (Zyprima, Uprima)

I tried apomorphine recently and I was pleasantly suprised. Many doctors seem to consider this an 'inferior' ED treatment but I thought it was very effective. I ordered my tablets from Worldwide Pharmacies.

4. Prelox

It's just a food supplement and it's clearly the least spectacular of the lot but there are several studies that show its efficacy.

v**** and Cialis only target the genital area, they do not act on the brain and do not improve libido. An erection is, however, a complex event that also involves your brain, nervous system and circulatory system. Other drugs work differently and target the brain, which is where erections begin (e.g. apomorphine, Zoraxel, tianeptine).

I'm convinced that centrally acting drugs are the future of ED treatments and v**** will soon become obsolete.

As for natural treatments, I don't trust them at all - with the honorable exception of Prelox, which is a natural supplement. I tried yohimbe once but side effects were terrible and I had to quit.

what was sides effects of yohimbe?

Increased heart rate, insomnia, restlessness, headaches.

Yohimbe is listed as a dangerous herb by the FDA and rightly so. It made sick as a dog and I'm never taking that crap again.

which in your experience was most effective?

Everyone is different and reactions to these drugs vary a lot. Some guys prefer Cialis, others (e.g. diabetics) seem to prefer Levitra, etc.

In my case, combination therapy worked best. I had excellent results with Cialis + phentolamine taken 1 hour before sex - I was able to maintain a strong erection even after ejaculation. There is, however, an increased risk of side effects.

Because phentolamine is no longer available, I'm currently taking Cialis + apomorphine.
