Hey guys,

What's the best shampoo to use for thinning + oily hair. I've noticed the oilyness makes my hair look even thinner.

Have any of you tried any of these sebum control shampoo's like Enzo http://info.product-finder.net/healthyd ... 250ml.html
or 2nd chance shampoo
http://www.anewlife.co.uk/2nd-chance-shampoo.html

I've heard lots of people using Nisim...does anyone know if it any good.

I already use Nizoral a couple of times per week, but I'm looking for a good sebum controlling shampoo for in between, esp if it can help reduce thinning.

I'd recommend keeping Nizoral at current frequency of use, and adding a Salicylic Acid shampoo to your regimen.

Nisim works okay yeah. I still have half a big bottle left and I intend to finish it up. I let it sit for about 1 - 2 minutes, before rinsing.

I usually follow with Mane & Tail brand conditioner (the stuff that you clean horses with)..

Then on rotation with Nizoral 1%.

I also have some Emu oil shampoo/conditioner being sent to me, though I'm not sure if you want to use those products.. I need emu oil cause it helps my hair feel more smooth instead of rough and dry like it is.

I don't mean to be a nag but are you sure you should use horse conditioner?
