Shampoo question

I was wondering, what shampoo people use on the days that they do not use Nizoral. I have spent hours looking at different posts and I am very confused.

I have seen that SLS is not good. My off days shampoo that I have been using is the Loreal Daily Thickening 2in1. I noticed that it has SLS in it. Should I not be using this? What is the harm of SLS? What should I be using? Any recommendations?

Sorry, I know that this topic probably has been covered before, but after looking around that forum for so long and still being confused, I was hoping someone could help to clear things up. Thanks.

It doesnt matter what shampoos to use whether its cheap or expensive ,the only thing a good shampoo will improve the texture or thickness of your hair temporary. I use progaine shampoo, its cheap and it thickens my hair after use.
