anyone has any recommendation of a good daily shampoo..those u use on days where u r not using nizoral..i m not looking for those that can regrow or stop hairloss (i know none of them does)...just one that can clean ur scalp or making ur hair feel healthy...i heard that i should use mild shampoo to wash my hair..but what is consider a mild shampoo..how about those commercial product like pantene or H&S,etc....r shampoo that contain only natural ingredient good??thankss

Well i only wash my hair every 3 or 4 days usually. Doing it this way im not even halfway through my first bottle and I've been using it around 4 months.

However recently i pre-washed with nizoral (i wanted to try and get some of the benefits of both shampoos) and the NANO lathered up like crazy (doesn't usually happen) so i hardly needed to use any.

I'd say only using it every 3 or 4 days, with a pre-wash, it will last me at least a year. One guy pmed me a while ago who uses NANO shampoo, im not sure how often he shampoos, but he said it lasted him over a year.

Also consider lef.org for a "lite" version of the shampoo for around half the price
