Are sulphates actually that bad for your hair? I'm looking for a shampoo to use on non nizoral days and I've seen plenty of suggestions such as tea tree oil, zinc and various hair thickening shampoos but nearly every one of these has sulphates in them. In fact it's hard to find a shampoo that doesn't have sulphates in it (even the super mild baby shampoo has them). What do people think and does anyone have any more suggestions for a good shampoo to use in between nizoral washes?

I use dr bronners magic soap... it is as organic as it comes! comes in different fragrances my favorite is tea tree oil or lemon.
I think sulfates are very damaging for the scalp and hair.. Sulphates where invented to clean oil from tanks during the first world war.. way to harsh to clean hair.

Why not just ditch nizoral and use the Regenepure Line ( RegenePure DR and RegenePure NT) they literally sound perfect for what you want. They don't have sulfates and your suppose to alternate them everyday.

Been trying to find regenepure in Sweden BUT CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE! so for now i use bronners magic soap all over my hair then ketokonazole 2% on the thinning aria...the keto shampoo is very drying so that sucks because it make my hair look like a frizzy mess.

I'm using nizoral for the same reason as most other people I guess - because it's been sold to me as one of the "big 3". I'll look into RegenePure though. How do they work? Are they Keto shampoos like nizoral?

Do you use conditioner? It's a must with nizoral especially if it dries you hair out.
